Scope of Agreement 1. 1 The Customer entrusts the Contractor, and the Contractor undertakes to render the Recruitment Services including search, selection and introduction of requirements (hereinafter the «Services»). Each Service Order shall be sent by the Customer`s authorized representative to the Contractor`s authorized representative in writing by mail or by electronic communication means (e-mail: ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇). Each Order shall be duly executed by the Parties as a respective Appendix hereto making integral part of this Agreement. Template of Annex is located in Annex 1 of the present Agreement.

  • Scope of Agreement Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to entitle Executive to continued employment with the Company or its Subsidiaries, and if Executive’s employment with the Company shall terminate prior to a Change in Control, Executive shall have no further rights under this Agreement (except as otherwise provided hereunder); provided, however, that any termination of Executive’s employment during the Termination Period shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Agreement.
