Common use of Scope of Applicability Clause in Contracts

Scope of Applicability. This Direct Connection Annex shall supplement and amend clauses 2 to 13, in the context of and only to the extent that Licensees receive Information from a Direct Connection, but not otherwise. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the paragraphs contained in this Direct Connection Annex and clauses 2 to 13 in relation to Information received from a Direct Connection, the paragraphs contained in this Direct Connection Annex shall prevail.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the paragraphs contained in this Direct Indirect Connection Annex and clauses 2 to 13 in relation to Information received from a Direct an Indirect Connection, the paragraphs contained in this Direct Indirect Connection Annex shall prevail.
