SCOPE OF BUILDING MANAGEMENT, LEASING AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES. KWHK hereby undertakes with the Owner that KWHK shall during the term of this Agreement (comprising, for the avoidance of doubt, the Management Term and, if this Agreement is renewed by KWHK pursuant to Clause 2.2, the Renewed Management Term) perform the following duties:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Performing Agency shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Chief Data and Analytics Officer. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Property Management Agreement The Property Management Agreement is in full force and effect and, to Borrower's Knowledge, there are no defaults thereunder by any party thereto and no event has occurred that, with the passage of time and/or the giving of notice would constitute a default thereunder.

  • General Record Management and Retention The Contractor shall retain all records that were made in relation to the Term Contract for the longer of five (5) years after expiration of the Term Contract or the period required by the General Records Schedules maintained by the Florida Department of State available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/library-archives/records- management/general-records-schedules/.

  • Financial, Accounting, and Administrative Services The Manager shall maintain the existence and records of the Corporation; maintain the registrations and qualifications of Fund Shares under federal and state law; monitor the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of the Fund; maintain liaison with the various agents employed by the Corporation (including the Corporation’s transfer agent, custodian, independent accountants and legal counsel) and assist in the coordination of their activities on behalf of the Fund.

  • Legal and Accounting Services The Company may obtain legal and accounting services to the extent reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Company's business.
