SCOPE OF DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. The Services shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Design Professional shall perform all Services within the Scope of the Services as determined by Owner and within the standard of care as provided for in this Agreement. If Design Professional disputes that particular Services are within the scope of its contractual obligations, the Design Professional will nonetheless perform as directed by Owner and submit any claim in strict accordance with Article 6.
