SCOPE OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. 3.1 This Framework Agreement governs the relationship between the Authority and the Supplier in respect of the provision of the Services by the Supplier to the Authority. 3.2 The Authority appoints the Supplier as a Framework Provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to receive Orders for such Services from the Authority during the Term. 3.3 The Authority may in its absolute discretion and from time to time order Services from the Supplier in accordance with the ordering procedure set out in clause 4 during the Term. The Parties acknowledge the Supplier may from time to time receive orders for such Services from the Authority on behalf of other customers or directly from customers as listed in Schedule 11. If there is a conflict between clause 4 and the Regulations, the Regulations shall take precedence. 3.4 If and to the extent that any Services under this Framework Agreement are required the Authority shall: (a) enter into a contract with the Supplier for these Services materially in accordance with the terms of the Contract; and (b) comply with the ordering procedure in clause 4. 3.5 The Supplier acknowledges that, in entering this Framework Agreement, no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority for the Services and that the Authority is at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other suppliers for the provision of any or all services which are the same as or similar to the Services.

3.3 The Authority Customers may in its at their absolute discretion and from time to time order Services from the Supplier Contractor in accordance with the ordering procedure set out in clause 4 during the Term. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Supplier may from time Other Contracting Bodies have the right to time receive orders for such order Services from pursuant to this Framework Agreement provided that they comply at all times with the Authority on behalf of other customers or directly from customers as listed Regulations and the ordering procedure in Schedule 11clause 0. If there is a conflict between clause 4 and the Regulations, the Regulations shall take precedence.
3.4 If and to the extent that any Services under this Framework Agreement are required the Authority each and every Customer shall:
