Scope of Licence. (a) The Licensee must not use the 180 Name and Logos or the Materials except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. (b) Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Licensee must not use the 180 Name and Logos or the Materials in relation to any other activities other than the operation of the Consulting Business in the Territory.
