SCOPE OF MAINTENANCE AND BASIC SERVICES. The Supplier undertakes to carry out maintenance and support of the Delivery from the Acceptance Date. If the Delivery is divided into Phases, maintenance and support of the partial deliv- ery will also be provided from approval of Partial Delivery Test for the respective parts covered by the partial delivery, cf. clause 11.1 of the Contract.
