The Provision of Documentation clause requires one party to supply specific documents or records to the other party, typically as part of fulfilling contractual obligations. The Contractor shall deliver to the Purchaser a copy of all Foreground Design Documentation promptly upon creation of each item of Foreground Design Documentation (or, where that item of Foreground Design Documentation is subject to acceptance testing in accordance with Clause 7, promptly following the date on which that item is Accepted (as defined in Clause 7) by the Purchaser).
