SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE. 2.1 The general scope of the CONSULTANT’S obligations hereunder shall be to serve in a consultative capacity for the CITY and to perform the services necessary to accomplish the General Objectives and Tasks as set forth in a separate Task Authorization. Future Task Authorization will outline the basic services and fee structure to be made a part of this Agreement. Specific scope, schedule and corresponding fees shall be identified for each service and shall be authorized by the CITY upon execution of a Task Authorization under the terms of this agreement. 2.2 The only warranty or guarantee made by the CONSULTANT in connection with the services performed hereunder is that the CONSULTANT will use that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under similar conditions by competent and reputable members of the profession practicing in the same or similar locality. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made or intended by the consulting services or by furnishing oral or written reports. The CONSULTANT shall be liable to the CITY for all work performed by subconsultants retained by the CONSULTANT as if such work had been performed directly by the CONSULTANT and applying the foregoing standard.
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE. 1.1 The work and services to be performed (hereinafter referred to as "Services") by CONSULTANT shall be in accordance with CONSULTANT's Scope of Work, as detailed in Appendix A attached hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set out in the body of this Agreement. 1.2 On receiving authorization to proceed with the work, CONSULTANT shall proceed with the Scope of Work contained in Appendix A. 1.3 CONSULTANT shall proceed on a schedule mutually agreed with OWNER.

In conjunction with a theatre consultant retained by SMC, and other SMC-retained consultants as necessary, GP will collaborate with SMC and SCLA to further define and establish the architectural program for the Project. The established program will serve as the basis for the Project’s conceptual design that GP will develop in this phase. 2. GP will prepare a conceptual approach to the Project design in collaboration with SMC, SCLA the theater consultant and other consultants as appropriate. These services may include producing a study model, drawings and other documents that respond to the established program and the site. At the conclusion of the Concept Design phase, GP will incorporate select design materials into a Concept Design Report. Upon completion of the Concept Design phase, GP understands that SMC’s goal is to contract with an executive architect, who will further develop the Project’s conceptual design in subsequent design phases as the Project architect of record. During these subsequent design phases, GP will provide further design architect services as agreed to in writing between SMC and GP. SMC and GP contemplate that these further services will include GP’s review and comment on the executive architect’s design materials for consistency with the design intent established at the conclusion of the Concept Design phase, including aesthetic elements, for which GP will have final design approval rights. B. Schedule
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE. Barrington Power shall perform the Scope of Services as set forth in the proposal dated 8/31/23 and attached as Exhibit A. Specifically, upon execution of this Agreement Barrington Power will prepare and submit an interconnection application with Eversource. As part of determining the cost and any constraints of a solar energy system that can be interconnected at this location Eversource will perform a system impact study. Barrington Power and the Town will review the results of the study and together determine a system design and construction schedule that is most beneficial to the town and that does not exceed $xxxxx.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period. 15.02 The normal daily shift shall consist of seven and one-half (7 ½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. For employees working the night shift, this one-half (1/2) hour will be paid. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily shift, at a time designated by the Employer. An employee may combine her rest periods in order to have one (1) thirty (30) minute break, providing she has prior approval from the Director of Nursing. When a meal period is interrupted requiring an employee to attend to a work related problem, then the balance of the unused meal period will be taken within two (2) hours of the interruption. If the employee is unable to reschedule such time, she shall be paid time and one-half (1½) her regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of her normal daily hours, in accordance with Article 16.01. 15.03 Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen (15) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered overtime for the purposes of payment. 15.04 Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by any employee under the terms of this Agreement. 15.05 Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for the actual hours worked at her regular straight time hourly rate. 15.06 There shall be no split shifts. (a) There shall be a minimum of sixteen (16) hours off between changes of shift unless mutually agreed otherwise. (b) An employee shall not be required to work more than seven (7) consecutive days without days off, unless mutually agreed to by the employee and the Employer. (a) Any employee who is working a permanent shift as of December 31, 1996 shall not be transferred to another shift without their consent.
