Common use of Scope of Services to be Performed Clause in Contracts

Scope of Services to be Performed. The scope of services to be provided by Consultant is set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (“Services”). Consultant warrants that all work and services set forth in the Scope of Services will be performed in accordance with the Standard of Care (as defined in Section 1.7).
