SCOPE OF SERVICES/WORK AND CLAIMS. 3.1 The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the Work described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to completely perform the Work and complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Improvements under this Contract consist of the widening of Orange Camp Road and a roundabout. 3.2 Changes in the Work shall made in accordance with Section 10.4.2 of the General Conditions.
