Common use of Scope of Supply Clause in Contracts

Scope of Supply. a) Subject to the provisions in the bidding document and contract, the goods and related services to be supplied shall be as specified in the bidding document. b) Unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract, the scope of supply shall include all such items not specifically mentioned in the Contract but that can be reasonably inferred from the Contract as being required for attaining delivery and completion of the goods and related services as if such items were expressly mentioned in the Contract.
