Common use of SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Parties have agreed pursuant to Section 5.2 of this Agreement that the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of the SUFs. The Interconnection Customer shall engineer, design, procure, construct, install, test, and commission the SUFs in accordance with applicable Connecting Transmission Owner’s technical requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the ISO OATT. Interconnection Customer shall evaluate SUF site conditions. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide all applicable technical requirements and procedures to Interconnection Customer.

The Interconnection Customer shall engineer, design, procure, construct, install, test, and commission the SUFs in accordance with applicable Connecting Transmission Owner’s technical requirementsrequirements and standards, Bulletin 86-01, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or the ISO OATT. Interconnection Customer shall evaluate SUF site conditions. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide all applicable technical requirements and procedures to Interconnection Customer.
