The Scope of Work (SOW) clause defines the specific tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities that a contractor or service provider is expected to perform under an agreement. It typically outlines the project objectives, timelines, milestones, and any technical or quality standards that must be met, ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of what is included and excluded from the work. By clearly delineating these expectations, the SOW clause helps prevent misunderstandings, scope creep, and disputes over project deliverables.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). This Agreement is not a Purchase Order and does not authorize Seller to provide any services. Services shall be authorized only via an approved RPS Purchase Order. Once an authorized Purchase Order has been issued, Seller shall provide services in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work.

The SoW must identify the project activities, milestones and deliverables. The SoW also identifies cost-sharing funds and notes if those funds are secured. The purpose of the proposed project is described in terms of the effect the proposed project will have on the community.

The bidder shall supply, install and commission GPS Devices (on vehicles) complying with the standards and specifications as mentioned in Anexure-2 of this RFP document along with one year of FMS services, which shall be valid from the date of commission of device (s) at various locations across Rajasthan as defined in WO. The bidder shall also provide Operational & Technical Support Services, Maintenance etc. for the existing GPS devices and for the new GPS devices. The scope of work is divided into following major parts:
a. Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the GPS devices
b. Integration of devices with RAAS Application Software Platform for GPS monitoring (developed separately by DoIT&C / RISL) c. Operational & Technical Support Services / FMS
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The Contractor shall prepare the SOW and cost estimates for the repair/replacement based on the results of the initial inspection and damage assessment. Estimates shall be developed using the Xactimate software cost estimating tool, which will provide the maximum SOW calculation. The SOW shall be developed based on the initial inspection and damage assessment of the property and damage to the structure and/or property. At a minimum, the SOW shall be itemized and include project timelines, workflows, metrics, estimated costs for each project. The Contractor shall ensure that the SOW for the project will meet all HUD and CBDG-DR requirements. Amendments to the SOW, if necessary, shall be provided to the applicant for each project and shall include the same information. The Contractor shall monitor construction efforts and certify that the work that was done was within the approved parameters of the SOW and meets all relevant HUD and CBDG-DR requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for acquiring all elevation certificates in Special Flood Hazard Areas, as required, necessary to complete all repair, replacement, reconstruction, and new housing unit development projects. The Contractor shall conduct interim progress inspections for home repair and/or replacement projects and affordable rental rehabilitation projects.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The Sponsor agrees to the supplemental work proposed by University as presented by Exhibit A.
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). A. The bidder is expected to conduct training, which provides an overview of training courses (as per defined in annexure A-G) to government officers so they acquire knowledge and practical skills to deal with various complex technical issues. The training is envisaged to be of as per given time period in annexure A-G and such that the training completion certificate makes the trainees eligible to apply for certification exam. The details of the training are given in the following subsections. For this purpose, the selected bidder shall be required to conduct the following activities:
1. Provide trainers to conduct the training program (The quote should include the cost of the trainers including their lodging, boarding and travel). The trainer shall be selected by the DOIT&C from amongst at least 2 proposed trainers, CVs of whom shall be shared by the selected bidder with DOIT&C;
2. Develop a time and module-schedule for the course and get it approved from Project Officer In Charge;
3. Prepare the hand-outs for the participants at the training, including case-studies, project simulation practice and other relevant support materials/hand-outs, adapted to each Module’s needs and provide the same to all participants;
4. Provide an authentic and original copy of course materials to all participants;
5. Conduct the training;
6. Organize mock tests (as per course required) on specific areas during the course and at the course end;
7. Issue training certificates of attendance to the participants;
8. Prepare feedback forms in consultation with DOIT&C and ensure submission of feedback forms filled in by training participants to the Officer In Charge;
9. Draft and Final report submission to the Officer in Charge upon training delivery.
10. Any other activity needed for delivery of training and coordination with Officer in Charge for the Training.
11. Training Agency will have to provide Course material covering the contents for the said training in English as approved by DoIT&C.
12. Training Agency shall provide Pen, Writing pad (6”X8”) and Folder to each participant and shall get it approved by the purchaser.
13. For full day course (8 Hrs daily basis) Training Agency shall also arrange for working lunch for each participant and light refreshment (tea/coffee & biscuits) for each participant twice a day at 11:00 AM and at 3:30 PM or as per the directions from DoIT&C..
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The Consultant agrees to provide the services in accordance with the Agreement Documents, and as reasonably required in accordance with management at the time when, and at the place where, the services are performed (the “Services”).
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). The SOW is detailed in the attachment provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ dated November 23, 2020 and is incorporated herein by this reference. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ will assist Cerritos College by providing the templates and processes for the program management office, clarifying roles and responsibilities for IT governance, and by facilitating progress reports and meetings. Our planned approach for these activities is described below.
1. PMO planning
SCOPE OF WORK (SOW). 2.1 Based on the specific need of a client, ENNATE GLOBAL SERVICES shall issue a SOW on the (INTERESTED CONSULTANT/COMPANY’S NAME), which will specify the requirement of a client.
2.2 On receipt of request from ENNATE GLOBAL SERVICES, (INTERESTED CONSULTANT/COMPANY’S NAME) shall prepare a written proposal that includes an estimate of any cost and time.
2.3 Each SOW shall be governed by the terms of this agreement, unless specified otherwise by the parties in the relevant, written SOW. If any contradiction arises between the terms herein and the terms of a SOW the terms of the Agreement shall prevail unless otherwise specifically agreed to.
