Scrutinized Company Sample Clauses

Scrutinized Company. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, CONSULTANT certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes and that it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel.

Scrutinized Company. Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to sections 215.4725, F.S., and 215.473, F.S., respectively. Pursuant to section 287.135(3), F.S., and 287.135(5), F.S., Contractor agrees CCPS may immediately terminate the Contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false information, or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel during the term of this Agreement.

Scrutinized Company. Provider certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created according to sections 215.4725, F.S., and 215.473, F.S., respectively. According to section 287.135(3), F.S., and 287.135(5), F.S., Provider agrees CCPS may immediately terminate the Contract for cause if the Provider is found to have submitted false information, or if the provider is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel during the term of this Agreement.

Scrutinized Company. (Applicable to agreements over $1 million for goods or services) a. Is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135(5); b. Has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; c. Has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List; or d. Has been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria.

Scrutinized Company. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, the Disclosure Dissemination Agent certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes and that it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, in the event the Disclosure Agreement is for one million dollars or more, the Disclosure Dissemination Agent certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List created pursuant to Section 215.473, Florida Statutes; and the Disclosure Dissemination Agent further certifies that it is not engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, Issuer may, at the option of the City Commission, terminate this Disclosure Agreement if the Disclosure Dissemination Agent is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutes; has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List; or has been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria.

Scrutinized Company. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, Verra Mobility certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes and that it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, in the event the Agreement is for one million dollars or more, Verra Mobility certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List created pursuant to Section 215.473, Florida Statutes; and Verra Mobility further certifies that it is not engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, City may, at the option of the City Commission, terminate this Agreement if Verra Mobility is found to have submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutes: has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; has been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List; or has been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria. 5. The provisions of the Agreement, as amended by this Sixth Amendment, including the recitals, comprise all of the terms, conditions, agreements, and representations of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except as expressly amended or modified by the terms of this Sixth Amendment, all terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Sixth Amendment and the Agreement, the terms of this Sixth Amendment shall prevail and control. 6. This Sixth Amendment may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Each Party represents and warrants that the representative signing this Sixth Amendment on its behalf has all right and authority to bind and commit that Party to the terms and conditions of this Sixth Amendment.

Scrutinized Company. 14.6.1 Pursuant to Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, Artist certifies that it is not on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes and that it is not engaged in a boycott of Israel.

Any amount if, at the time of bidding on, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing such contract, the company is on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to s. 215.4725, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; or b. One million dollars or more if, at the time of bidding on, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing such contract, the company: 1. Is on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to s. 215.473; or 2. Is engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria.”

Scrutinized Company. Section 287.135, Florida Statutes, states “A company is ineligible to, and may not, bid on, submit a proposal for, or enter into or renew a contract with an agency or local governmental entity for goods or services of: a. Any amount if, at the time of bidding on, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing such contract, the company is on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to s. 215.4725, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel; or b. One million dollars or more if, at the time of bidding on, submitting a proposal for, or entering into or renewing such contract, the company: i. Is on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to s. 215.473; or ii. Is engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria.”
