SDTI UPDATES. SDTI may, in its sole discretion, update the SDTI Pre- Existing Technology, if any, provided to VeriSign if a new release becomes available during the Development Period, subject to VeriSign's written agreement to any modification to the Specifications necessitated by such new release.
