Common use of Second Extension Period Clause in Contracts

Second Extension Period. The expiration date of the term of the Lease is extended for a period of thirty-seven (37) months (the “Second Extension Period”) and the term will now expire on June 30, 2015. Tenant acknowledges that it has no further extension or renewal rights or options under the Lease, except as provided in Paragraph 14 (Option to Extend) of this Amendment.

Second Extension Period. The expiration date of the term of the Lease is extended for a period of thirty-seven (37) approximately 12 months (the “Second Extension Period”) commencing on September 1, 2012, and the term will now expire expiring on June 30August 31, 20152013. Tenant acknowledges that it has no further extension renewal, expansion or renewal similar rights or options under the Lease, except as provided in Paragraph 14 (Option to Extend) all of this Amendmentwhich are hereby deleted and of no further force and effect.
