Second Formal Level - Superintendent Sample Clauses

The 'Second Formal Level - Superintendent' clause establishes a formal escalation step in a dispute resolution or decision-making process, designating the superintendent as the next authority to address unresolved issues. Typically, if a disagreement or problem cannot be settled at the initial level (such as between project managers or site representatives), it is formally referred to the superintendent for review and determination. This clause ensures that disputes are systematically escalated to a higher level of management, promoting timely resolution and preventing prolonged standstills at lower levels.
