Common use of Secondary Level Clause in Contracts

Secondary Level. All secondary employees will be assigned daily planning time equivalent to one (1) class period. An exception to this requirement has been made through contract waiver annually granted to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇. The parties now agree that ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may continue the practice outlined on their 2010-11 waiver from year to year without the necessity of asking the District and Association for a waiver. The ▇▇▇▇-▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ waiver is attached hereto as Appendix J.
