Section 10.11.2. Employees reduced in hours (one (1) hour per day or more) – will have priority in the 23 restoration of lost hours in the classification according to seniority.
Section 10.11.2. Employees on approved L&I claims shall not be required to exhaust their sick leave and shall 27 have all other rights covered under state or federal regulations, or District policy.
