Section 10.8.6. 30 When both parties agree, members of a particular classification may attend a District meeting 31 to bid for positions that are open or vacant or may become available due to the previous said 32 bidding. Bidding will be awarded based on interest and seniority. Whenever this Section is 33 invoked, then Section 10.8 is null and void.
