Common use of Section 109 Clause in Contracts

Section 109. 19 An employee on layoff status shall file his/her address in writing with the personnel office of the 20 District and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.

Section 109. 19 40 An employee on layoff status shall file his/her their address in writing with the personnel office of the 20 District 41 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.

Section 109. 19 An employee 20 Employees on layoff status shall file his/her address their addresses in writing with the personnel office of the 20 District 21 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.
