Section 12.2.3 Sample Clauses

Section 12.2.3. 24 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of 25 this Article.

Section 12.2.3 of recognized vocational courses from District approved local, State or national 11 institutes which are of benefit to the District and employee subject to this Agreement.

Section 12.2.3. 46 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 47 Article.

Section 12.2.3. If no settlement has been reached within the ten (10) days referred to in the preceding 3 subsection, and the grievant and the Association believe the grievance to be valid, a written 4 statement of grievance shall be submitted within ten (10) work days to the District 7 by indicating on the statement of grievance the disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, 8 all parties to the grievance shall sign it.

Section 12.2.3. In the event the District has reasonable suspicion to require drug or alcohol testing 2 for an employee, the reasons shall be documented and kept in the confidential drug and alcohol 3 personnel file.

Section 12.2.3. 31 An employee shall forfeit all rights of reemployment as provided in Section 12.1 if the 32 employee does not comply with the requirements of Section 12.2.2, or if the employee does not 33 respond to the offer of reemployment within fifteen (15) workdays.
