Section 12.6.1 the District decide to discharge any non-annual employee, the employee shall be so 21 notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year.
Section 12.6.1. 33 The successful external applicant will be placed on a ninety (90) workday probationary period; 34 the employee will be reviewed at forty-five (45) workdays, with a written report on areas of 35 success and concerns. Any time during this probationary period the District shall have the right 36 to discharge such employees without cause. 38 At the end of the probationary period, a permanent employee will be subject to all rights and 39 duties contained in this Agreement retroactive to their hire. 40
Section 12.6.1. 32 A driver’s current route will carry over from the previous school year to the new school year.
Section 12.6.1. 16 It is understood that all requests for vacation time off shall be submitted by September 30th of 17 the work year for the above seniority rights to apply.
