Section 12.7.1. 36 The returning employee will be assigned to a position similar to the position occupied before 37 the leave of absence. Employees hired to fill positions of employees on leave of absence shall 38 be hired for a specific period of time, during which they shall be subject to all provisions of this 39 agreement. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to inform replacement employees of 40 the above provisions. 41
