Common use of Section 12.7.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 12.7.1. 10 Employees shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 12.7 if they do not 11 comply with the requirements of Section 12.7, or if they do not respond to the offer of 12 reemployment within three (3) workdays. During the summer re-employment process, 13 employees may use a proxy to respond to job offers.
