Common use of Section 1.3. Job Descriptions Clause in Contracts

Section 1.3. Job Descriptions. District will provide the Union with complete job descriptions for all employees subject to this 27 amendments, changes and additions being forwarded to the Union. Prior to the posting of the newly 28 created or modified positions in the Union, the District will consult with the Union for the purpose of 29 Union input on job descriptions and reaching an agreement on the proposed salary placement with regard 30 to the newly created position(s).
