Common use of Section 13.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.2. employees subject to this Agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become members in 12 good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of the hire date. Such employee shall then 13 maintain membership in the Union in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 13.2. All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Union on the 11 effective date of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time 12 subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become 13 members in 12 good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement 14 or within thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 13 maintain 15 membership in the Union in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 13.2. 37 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Union on the effective date of 38 this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to the 39 effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in 12 good 40 standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement or within thirty 41 (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 13 maintain membership in 42 the Union in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 13.2. employees 7 Each employee subject to this Agreement shallwho is not a member of the Union on the effective date of 8 this Agreement, or who is hired at a time subsequent to the effective date of this Agreement, shall as a 9 condition of employment, become members a member in 12 good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of 10 the hire datedate or within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is 11 appropriate. Such employee shall then 13 maintain membership in the Union in good standing during the period of this 12 Agreement.
