Common use of Section 13.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.2. 2 Employees required by the District or by State regulations to attend training (including first aid 3 training), execute certificates, or become recertified, as a condition of employment, shall be reimbursed 4 for all fees, costs and/or expenses. Employees shall also be compensated for all time expended as 5 "hours worked" pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.1 herein.
