Common use of Section 13.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 13.5. 13 The District will notify the Association of all new hires governed under this agreement within ten (10) 14 working days of the hire date. At the time of hire, the District will inform the new hire of the terms and 15 conditions of this Article.

Section 13.5. 13 The District will notify the Association Union of all new hires governed under this agreement within ten (10) 14 working days of the 32 hire date. At the time of hire, the District will inform the new hire of the terms and 15 conditions of this 33 Article.

Section 13.5. 13 34 The District will notify the Association of all new hires governed under this agreement within ten (10) 14 35 working days of the hire date. At the time of hire, the District will inform the new hire of the terms and 15 36 conditions of this Article.
