Section 13.2 Sample Clauses

Section 13.2. 11 The district and the association will work collaboratively to assure all AAEOP job descriptions 12 remain updated. A committee shall be formed to review and, if needed, update all job 13 descriptions before March of the final year of this Agreement.

Section 13.2. 33 Employees attending training courses or seminars requested by the employee and approved by the 34 District will suffer no loss of regular salary, if the course requires them to attend on their regular 35 school employment time, but no salary payment will be made for any time an employee would not 36 have regularly worked; however, expenses incurred for transportation and/or training course fees and 37 tuition will be paid by the School District. 38

Section 13.2. 10 The seniority rights of an employee shall be lost for the following reasons:

Section 13.2 employees subject to this Agreement shall, as a condition of employment, become members in 12 good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of the hire date. Such employee shall then 13 maintain membership in the Union in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 13.2. 37 The District shall provide the PSE Chapter President with a list of all classified employees by 38 November 1 of each year. The list will include the employee’s name, classification, job title, email 39 address, mailing address, and contracted workdays. The District, as part of the general orientation of 40 each new employee subject to this Agreement, shall provide such employee with a copy of this 41 Agreement. At the time of hire, the District shall inform the new employee of the terms and conditions 42 of Article XIII of this Agreement. Within ten (10) workdays of the hire date, the District shall notify 43 the Union of the name, address, and position of the newly hired employee. 44 45 Pursuant to RCW 41.56.037, the District agrees to provide the Goldendale PSE chapter reasonable 46 access to new employees of the bargaining unit for the purposes of presenting information about the 47 union. Access to the new employee will occur within 90 days of the employee’s start date with the 1 District and shall be no less than 30 minutes. The access will occur during the new employee’s regular

Section 13.2. 46 The District will notify the Association of all new hires within fifteen (15) working days of the hire 47 date. The District will also notify the Association of terminations and resignations on a monthly basis.

Section 13.2. 2 Employees required by the District or by State regulations to attend training (including first aid 3 training), execute certificates, or become recertified, as a condition of employment, shall be reimbursed 4 for all fees, costs and/or expenses. Employees shall also be compensated for all time expended as 5 "hours worked" pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.1 herein.

Section 13.2. 29 The grievant shall have the right to have an Association representative present during the formal 30 discussion in Steps One, Two and Three. Such discussion shall not interfere with the employee's normal 31 duties.

Section 13.2. 18 Mutually agreed upon conditions relative to personnel matters, pursuant to Section 1.3.1 herein, 19 shall be retroactive to the effective date of those new or modified position descriptions.
