Common use of SECTION 1410 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 1410. 42 The District agrees to provide the following employee information in electronic format to the regional 43 PSE office on a monthly basis: 44 45 • Employee Names 46 • Addresses 47 • Phone numbers 48 • ID number 1 • Job Classification 2 • Hire date 3 • Regular Dues/Agency Fee/Religious Objector Status 5 Section 14.11. Local Chapter Dues. 6 The District shall submit local chapter dues directly to the President of the local chapter. 10 A R T I C L E X ▇ ▇▇ GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 14 Section 15.1. 15 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 16 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 17 Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.
