Common use of Section 15.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.1. 13 Employees shall be compensated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement for all 14 hours worked. Each employee shall receive a full accounting and itemization of authorized 15 deductions, hours worked, and rates paid with each paycheck. All employees will be paid over 16 a twelve (12) month period. 18 Section 15.3.‌ 19 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first or second regular pay day following 20 execution of this Agreement, if possible, and in any case not later than the third regular pay day.
