Common use of Section 15.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.1. 35 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 36 terms and conditions of Article XVI, Section 16.3. Should the date of execution of this 37 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 38 to the effective date. 39
