Common use of Section 15.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2.1. Effective September 1, 1999, the employee(s) in the category of Bus Drivers will receive 31 monthly compensation for four and one-half (4.5) hours worked per day on a 12-month pro-rata 32 payroll warrant. Other work performed will continue to be compensated on the first pay 33 warrant following the payroll cutoff date. Adjustments to pay for the 4.5 hours will occur if an 34 employee takes unpaid leave or when employment is terminated.
