Section 15.4. Grievance Release Time. 43 In the event the grievance or arbitration discussions occur during regular employment time, the District 44 shall provide release time without loss of compensation limited to the grievant, required witnesses, and 45 one (1) Association representative unless otherwise approved by the District. It is recognized that 46 meetings and/or discussions to prepare for grievance and/or arbitration hearings are to take place 47 outside the employee’s workdays and are not to be compensated by the District.
