Common use of Section 15.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.6. 29 Employees who are asked to assume additional responsibilities and duties of a nature greatly beyond their 30 original job description should immediately request that a new job description be written and that their job 31 be reclassified accordingly. Requests shall be made to the Director of Employee Services or designee, 33 shall include an outline of the additional duties/responsibilities that have been assigned and the reasons 34 why the position should be reclassified. A decision will be rendered by the Director of Employee Services 35 or designee within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request.
