Section 15.8. 47 The District will pass through any State funded salary or cost of living increase to all bargaining unit 48 members including non-BEA funded positions. Section 15.8. 34 During the course of any investigation by the Association, the District shall cooperate with the 35 Association and furnish to it relevant and necessary information for the processing of the grievance, 36 subject to legal limitations. 37
Section 15.8. 8 The District shall cover employees with State Industrial Insurance. Payment of premiums will be shared 9 by the District and the employee in accordance with State regulations.
