Common use of Section 16.15 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.15. 9 Any bilingual Association member who is asked to interpret will receive an additional one dollar fifty cents 10 ($1.50) per hour at their current hourly rate for each hour they interpret. Each member must complete an 11 interpreting log and submit it to Payroll. Said interpreting log must be signed by the member’s immediate 13 will not be paid at the additional one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour.
