Section 16.3.2. Level-A Food Service Worker may be identified as trained and responsible for regularly 44 assisting a Secondary Kitchen Manager in the daily performance of duties (as outlined in a 45 Secondary Food Services Worker-Lead job description.) A Food Service Worker so identified 46 will be compensated at Level B for all hours worked. This is a discretionary assignment and is 47 not a position title on Schedule A and A-1. Such an assignment may or may not exist in 48 secondary schools depending on the structure and method of service delivery. Any such 1 assignment shall be at the recommendation of the Kitchen Manager and approval of the 2 Director of Nutrition Services.
