Section 16.7.1. ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ agree to form a joint committee, three (3) members from the Union and 36 three (3) members from the District, to identify a system for compensating staff for completing 37 training/continuing education opportunities applicable to District employment. The committee 38 should convene by May 1, 2018 and shall have the system created and ready for 39 implementation by October 1, 2018.
