Common use of Section 17 Clause in Contracts

Section 17. 1.1.6 is hereby amended to substitute “58.40%” for “57.90%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “El Paso .50%” in the second line thereof.

Section 17. 1.1.6 1.1.3 is hereby amended to substitute “58.4080%” for “57.9075.33%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “El Paso .504.67%” in the second line thereof.

Section 17. 1.1.6 1.1.7 is hereby amended to substitute “58.4070%” for “57.9063%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “El Paso .507%” in the second line thereof.

Section 17. 1.1.6 1.1.2 is hereby amended to substitute “58.4070%” for “57.9063%” in the first line thereof, and to delete “El Paso .507%” in the second line thereof.
