Section 17.1.2. contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 24 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year. If the 25 District chooses to discipline or discharge an employee for acts occurring after the expiration of 26 the school year, it may not do so without first conducting a due process hearing for that 27 employee. Times set for such hearing and procedures for such hearing shall be mutually agreed 28 upon by the District and the Association.
