Common use of Section 17.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.1. 32 Attendance at out-of-District workshops shall be limited to one (1) employee per building on 33 any one day and four (4) on a District-wide basis, unless an exception is obtained from the 34 Superintendent. This amount shall be suspended entirely in the event of a double levy failure.
