Common use of Section 17.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.2. 23 To the extent that the PSESD Head Start Program provides and funds to the District a cost of 24 living (COLA) increase(s) allocated for wages for District Head Start Program employees, the 25 increase(s) will be applied to all bargaining unit employees’ wage rate for the applicable 26 contract year. The District will only be obligated to disburse retroactive PSESD Head Start 27 Program provided and funded COLA wage increase(s) to the start of the contract year in which 28 the funds were received by the District.

Section 17.2.2. 23 15 To the extent that the PSESD Head Start Program provides and funds to the District a cost of 24 16 living (COLA) increase(s) allocated for wages for District Head Start Program employees, the 25 17 increase(s) will be applied to all bargaining unit employees’ wage rate for the applicable 26 contract 18 year. The District will only be obligated to disburse retroactive PSESD Head Start 27 Program 19 provided and funded COLA wage increase(s) to the start of the contract year in which 28 the funds 20 were received by the District.
