Common use of Section 17.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.5. 31 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 32 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948. On receipt of a written 33 authorization by an employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions 34 from the employee's salary.
