Section 17.5.1 Clause Samples

Section 17.5.1. 14 The district will pay the costs of Random, Post-Accident, and Reasonable Suspicion testing. A 15 split sample testing, at the employee’s request, will be paid by the employee if the test result is 16 positive, by the district if the test result is negative. 19 The cost of pre-employment testing must be paid by the prospective employee; however, the 20 district will reimburse up to $50.00 when an employee completes 200 hours of employment with 21 the district.

Section 17.5.1. The Employer agrees to pay for the cost of the test and the test shall be administered by an 8 independent and qualified laboratory or individual. In the event that an immunoassay test is positive for marijuana or hashish, the Employer agrees to instruct the laboratory to conduct a confirming GC/MS test. The Employer also agrees to instruct the laboratory to conduct the 11 confirming GC/MS test within twenty-four (24) hours (excluding weekends) of the time the 12 Employer is notified of the positive immunoassay test. A weekend shall be deemed to run from 13 5:00 p.m. on Friday to 9:00 a.m. on Monday.
Section 17.5.1. 37 Such employees shall receive partial credit for time worked in the District as determined by the 38 WPSCEJATC. 39

  • Section 11.1 28 The District shall have the right to discipline or discharge an employee for justifiable cause. The issue 29 of justifiable cause shall be resolved in accordance with the grievance procedure hereinafter provided.

  • Section 14 Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.
