Common use of Section 17.8 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.8. In the event the work year exceeds the 260-day normal work year the District will schedule 39 non-paid work day(s) as follows: For the 261st day – the day after Christmas; for the 262nd day – the day 40 after July 4th Holiday.” 41
