Common use of Section 18.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 18.2. 42 Employees of the District who retire with ten (10) or more years' experience, including transfer credit, and 43 who are employed in a substitute capacity for a classified position, shall be paid at the same Step on 44 Schedule A as was held by them at the time of retirement from the District.

Section 18.2. 42 40 Employees of the District who retire with ten (10) or more years' experience, including transfer credit, and 43 41 who are employed in a substitute capacity for a classified position, shall be paid at the same Step on 44 42 Schedule A as was held by them at the time of retirement from the District.

Section 18.2. 42 46 Employees of the District who retire with ten (10) or more years' experience, including transfer credit, 47 and 43 who are employed in a substitute capacity for a classified position, shall be paid at the same Step 48 on 44 Schedule A as was held by them at the time of retirement from the District.
