Section 18.3.3. 2 Interested drivers must sign their names on the Trip Board by 2:30 p.m. two (2) working days 3 preceding departure of the trip to be eligible for those extra runs, except for those drivers who 5 register their acceptance electronically to the dispatcher by 2:30 p.m. 7 After trips are posted, drivers may sign up for any or all trips on the board. Trips will then be 8 assigned by seniority. The senior driver will be assigned the trip with the most hours.

Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.
